To kick off the program, participants will be warmly welcomed at one of our partner hotels. After checking in, they will enjoy a refreshing welcome drink in a pleasant atmosphere. This will be followed by a short program overview, time for introductions, and a chance to settle in.

In small groups of up to 20 people, participants will explore the historic Old Town of St.Gallen. This 90-minute tour highlights the city’s most notable attractions, including the magnificent cathedral and the world-renowned Abbey Library, both of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It is a cultural highlight that impressively combines history and architecture!

After the city tour, participants enjoy a stylish aperitif riche in the heart of the historic Old Town. A selection of regional specialties and drinks will be served in a relaxed atmosphere. This is the perfect opportunity to network and socialize in a unique setting.

The afternoon is dedicated to individual activities. Participants can explore the city on their own, such as taking a walk to the Drei Weieren or through the Old Town. Those who want to build team spirit can participate in group activities.

Participants enjoy a traditional dinner in a typical Erststockbeizli in the Old Town. Those who wish can discover the regional 4B’s (sausage «Bratwurst», bred roll «Bürli», beer and biscuit «Biber») and experience the local food culture in authentic ambience. This informal get-together is the perfect setting to unwind and exchange thoughts.

Day 2: Choose your scenic experience

Art & view

After a relaxing breakfast at the hotel, participants visit the Forum Würth, where they enjoy a guided tour of the current art exhibition. Then, they ride the cogwheel train from Rorschach to the picturesque spa town of Heiden in an open observation car. The return journey is also by cogwheel train. Overall, it is a varied half-day excursion.

Boat trip & technology at the FFA museum

This program is perfect for anyone who enjoys technology and picturesque lakeside scenery. After a relaxing boat trip from Rorschach to Rheineck, enjoy a guided tour of the Aviation and Vehicle Museum in Altenrhein. There, you can immerse yourself in the world of aviation and aircraft technology for about three and a half hours.

Water adventures on Lake Constance

Fresh lake air, active exercise, and an element of adventure – the Lake Constance experience is perfect for anyone looking to start their day with energy. Whether you’re on a SUP board, in a kayak, or trying another water sport, the program offers enough time to try new things and experience the lake intensely. It is the ideal length to clear your head and recharge your batteries in just over three hours.

Day 2: Scenic experience

Lakeside barbecue – the perfect way to end your day

At the end of the day, participants can enjoy a barbecue together on the shores of Lake Constance. They can enjoy a summer menu of freshly prepared barbecue specialties and refreshing cocktails in a relaxed setting – the perfect way to end an eventful day!

Sweet delights – discover the Chocolarium

After an indulgent breakfast at the hotel, you head to the Chocolarium, Munz and Minor’s world of chocolate. During the two-hour tour, participants learn how chocolate is made and enjoy sweet tasters.

Mountain air & panoramic views – a trip to mount Säntis

A trip to the Säntis offers breathtaking views of Eastern Switzerland, Lake Constance, and the Alps. Participants can comfortably ride the cable car to the summit, where they will enjoy a spectacular lunch. This unforgettable experience lasts around four hours in total.

Day 3: A culinary highlight

Experience the craft of cheese making – Appenzeller® show-diary Stein

The tour then continues to the Appenzeller® show-dairy in Stein. During this exciting tour, participants will learn how the famous cheese is made and discover the traditional cheesemaking process. The experience lasts around two hours and offers a taste of the region. Afterwards, a cozy dinner is served on site.

Giveaways – Culinary and traditional products from the region

As a special souvenir, participants will receive a gift bag filled with regional specialties, such as Appenzeller® cheese, biscuits «Biberli», and chocolate. The bag also includes a stylish textile lanyard that reflects the local tradition of embroidery.

Day 3: A culinary highlight

Optional extensions

The program can be expanded as desired. For example, it can include interactive workshops on communication and teambuilding, exciting team challenges, or professional photo and video coverage. You can also integrate a CSR element, such as planting trees in the Notkersegg monastery or getting involved in the Pestalozzi Children’s Village to raise awareness of social responsibility. Another highlight is the Bratwurst tasting, where regional specialties are sampled and enjoyed together.
