Welcome to micelab:bodensee! This is where we research, learn and share innovative approaches in the MICE industry together with our 13 association members.

If you are asking yourself these questions, then micelab:bodensee is perfect for you. As a partner of micelab:bodensee, the St.Gallen Convention Bureau strives to ensure that people enjoy taking part in conferences, meetings and seminars in St.Gallen. The goal is for attendees to enjoy the learning process and benefit from attending on a personal and professional level.
Innovation and partnership
micelab:bodensee is the first interactive research and training platform for event organisers in German-speaking countries. It was developed by the BodenseeMeeting e. V. association and the «der kon-gress tanzt» network and was launched in October 2013. The members are: St.Gallen Convention Bureau, Kongresskultur Bregenz, Convention Partner Vorarlberg, SAL – Saal am Lindaplatz (Liechtenstein/Schaan), Würth Haus Rorschach, Bodenseeforum Konstanz, Milchwerk Radolfzell, Stadthalle Singen, Insel Mainau, Graf Zeppelin Haus Culture and Conference Centre in Friedrichshafen and Inselhalle Lindau. The curator is Michael Gleich.
micelab:bodensee is made up of three modules, each with a different focus. Each module is centred around discovery, like a laboratory. The micelab:explorer module focuses on research, with drivers from various disciplines. micelab:experts is aimed at practitioners in the MICE industry. These include employees from various trades, events agencies, cultural institutions, and marketing and HR managers from businesses. The research results and findings are featured on the LinkedIn page and in the publication micelab:extract.
